  • Achieve and exceed a designated target in line with Vertical: Pharma/Healthcare agreed with UK CCO.
  • Develop relationships with Hellmann’s global offices for specific Vertical: Pharma/Healthcare
  • Ensure Cross support all Hellmann Products : Air / Sea/ ERF / Contract Logistics & build strong communication lines
  • Support the Hellmann sales team, with accompany at meetings to share specialist knowledge within Vertical alignment.
  • Develop opportunities in line with Hellmann’s Strategic business plan.
  • Drive customer RFI/RFQ processes and responses either as a lead and/or in collaboration with the country or regional tender management team
  • Own and/or support the network in regards to the implementation process of new and/or existing customers including Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Agreements and IT applications
  • Maintain and develop assigned key accounts and/or identify and develop new target accounts
  • Assist the local Branch Management in retention of secured business.
  • Agree jointly with management a sales plan and target account platform.
  • Maintain regular dialogue on customer development with manager and wider team.
  • Develop strong working relationships with procurement, IS & operations team.
  • Develop and maintain personal expertise in selling skills and industry knowledge.
  • Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner, ensuring that the corporate DNA and family values are adhered to at all times.
  • Own and deliver specific projects as assigned by the line manager
  • To monitor all Accounts to ensure low and nil spend customers are immediately identified and relevant follow up action is taken.
  • The full Sales process must be clearly defined and maintained effectively through HISA demonstrating the full process from start to finish.
  • Pipeline activity must drive three point sales stage prospect, solution design and decision on all active prospects / accounts.
  • To actively complete a new business claim for all newly awarded business.
  • To complete regular one to one self-development alignment with UK CCO on a half yearly basis.

Essential:

  • The ideal candidate will have Maths and English (oral and written) to GCSE or equivalent standard Grade A – C.
  • Knowledge base of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry.
  • Exhibiting excellent people skills at all levels.
  • Documented history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and demonstrating exceptional performance in senior sales roles.
  • Proactively seek out and develop new business, whilst also maintaining and building on existing customer relationships
  • Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work with people at all levels.
