This post may be offered under Annex 21 AfC Terms & Conditions, subject to experience, competency and suitability.The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination, accurate collection and submission of data within the clinical information remit, liaising with clinical teams, providing day to day management support to the clinical information team and liaising with the Trusts clinical leads for the relevant information standards.The post holder will be responsible for the provision and development of comprehensive performance management and data interrogation for clinical information that meet current and future needs.Please note, interviews may include assessment tasks. Interviews dates are to be confirmed.Please note- it is the applicant’s responsibility to seek authorisation from their current manager to be released for the secondment before a formal application is made.Applications are invited for the post of Senior Clinical Information Lead within the Clinical Information Department, at St Helens & Knowsley Hospitals Trust. This is an 18-month fixed term/secondment post.We require a highly motivated, team player with excellent communication skills in order to negotiate with and motivate all members of the team to ensure audit and data needs are met. The post holder will be required to work on his/her own initiative and plan own workload and workload of the Cancer Information Team accordingly.The post holder will work closely with and deputise for the Clinical Information and Data Quality Manager on the provision of timely and relevant performance management and data interrogation.
