Senior Client Executive – New Business (12m FTC)

Salary: up to £40,000

Location: Hybrid working arrangements

Role:

The role of Senior Client Executive within our Endsleigh team will be to meet and exceed new business targets in the education market through your performance.

key accountabilities will include:

• Responsible for prospecting and securing new education clients and ensuring the successful on-boarding of new clients
• Delivering digital and in person presentations to prospective clients
• Attending relevant key conferences to generate new opportunities
• Providing accurate sales forecasts to the Client Director using CRM systems
• Supporting the wider team with managing relationships with key partners
• Working with Service and Renewals to deliver an exceptional new business customer experience
• To provide insurance to clients and model effective protection through the provision of appropriate products
• To treat customers fairly at all times in adherence with the FCA TCF principles
• Identifying opportunities for leads to other areas of the business, providing introductions and supporting the cross-sell process

Person

We are looking for a Senior Client Executive with experience winning new business.

The Senior Client Executivewill also show ability to build long lasting relationships and ability to utilise new business opportunities.

The Senior Client Executive will also have the following;

• Knowledge of the education sector – universities, colleges, student accommodation providers and schools
• Ability to exceed individual targets and achieve deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both orally and visually
• Ability to understand people and build rapport and adapt styles of communication
• The ability to manage own diary and workload effectively and work to tight deadlines with accuracy of work
• Experience of dealing with third parties with the ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to spot and identify opportunities for cross-selling
• Ability to use a CRM tool (preferably Salesforce) effectively from both an opportunity management and reporting perspective.
