They provide exceptional levels of nurture and care designed to meet the individual needs of children and young people with complex behavioural difficulties and are on the look out for a determined and resilient Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker who is committed in providing emotional and social support, a child’s champion.

As a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people you support, ensuring you and your team are committed to the highest standards of care with a vision to champion a better future for the children and young people you support. You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves.

  • Recent experience working with Children and Young People with complex and challenging behaviour.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or working towards this.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
