Responsibilities: This position would ideally suit someone who is flexible, adaptable and happy to work in more than one. Our service users will be depending on you for their care, so for this role you will need to be reliable, flexible and able to work alternate weekends.We are looking for people that will be committed to delivering the highest quality care, and understand the importance of dignity and respect for our service users.

Experience: No experience required. We will provide full training, development and support. Plus shadowing hours with an experienced member of staff.We are looking for people that are caring and compassionate. This is an important role, and we are looking for people who will be committed to delivering the highest quality care, and understand the importance of dignity and respect for our service users.
Applicants of all ages welcome, previous experience not required as we will provide full and comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Special Requirements: Many of our services users are elderly, and our carers must be prepared to work in an unsupervised environment, able to follow a service user specific care plan, and be able to show empathy and communicate effectively.
