Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be working from home but must be able to commute to their Head Office in Nantwich or Millton Keynes. You will receive robust training and enjoy a varied role, working in one of the most vital teams within the business that can offer huge career progression and earning potential. The role will largely involve nurturing a pipeline of new business projects by identifying new prospects via email, telephone and internet, as well as: Managing and growing a database of new customers Qualifying potential new business leads Implementing test projects and developing accounts Managing a variety of accounts within different sectors Actively promoting the brand and providing exceptional customer service at all times Building strong relationships with clients in order to maximise pipeline and ensure repeat business Requirements: This position would ideally suit someone with a strong background in Business Development, Account Management or Recruitment. However, the right personality is essential! You must be: Confident with excellent communication skills Engaging and inquisitive with the ability to ask questions with a purpose Highly organised, self motivated and ambitious T. proficient Strong relationship building and account management skills Previous B2B sales experience You will be rewarded with a strong basic salary of £20 - £27k per annum, dependent on experience, with a competitive benefits package.
