Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Experian Identity & Fraudteam as a Senior Business Development Manager, working within our Go To Market function and alongside our vertical account management teams, focused on new business activity within our existing and largest customers and prospects.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who will be responsible for driving sales of the Experian Identity and Fraud product suite including data services, analytical capabilities and software solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, to help our client’s combat financial crime, improve customer experience and meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll be working with both existing clients and Experian account management teams to identify client business problems and in turn, recommend and implement innovative solutions. You will own the identity and fraud go to market strategy for each of your aligned accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities as you develop existing and new relationships within your allocated clients.
  • Ensuring sales objectives are translated into specific plans and targets as appropriate.
  • Ensuring clients have a smooth and harmonious experience of the sales process.
  • Within your accounts, you will develop long-term (1-3 year) and tactical, short-term sales initiatives and programmes to achieve overall strategic plans.
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of the overall strategic account plan(s).
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts built from granular data and insight providing current and future market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine interest and passion for sales and all things fraud and authentication. You’ll have proven experience and success driving sales solutions in the field of digital enrolment, fraud management or financial crime compliance.

You’ll succeed in this role by being a pro-active, hungry sales professional who can build out strong networks, is organised and can manage large tender and RFI/RFP responses and by being acreative thinker, who can strategise and is comfortable building and positioning identity and fraud solutions in collaboration with clients
