What do we need?

The CloudPay platform is a large digital platform, feature rich and serving a variety of internal and external users across the globe. As an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst, you will help our Product Owners and Engineering Teams achieve better outcomes over the Agile life cycle.

What have you been doing?

You will have been working in an Agile Environment using SCRUM, AgilePM, LeSS, SAFe or DaD, taking a programme through inception, discovery, planning and delivery phases. You will be used to assisting Product Owners define value, outcomes and increments. Equally as important will be experience working with teams to create stories, wireframes, rich picture diagrams and other artifacts at the right time to allow them to deliver efficiently.

Attributes and Experience Required:

• 5+ years working as a senior business analyst with enterprise scale (complex) systems.

• Lifecycle experience, working with projects from inception to final delivery.

• 5+ years working in an Agile environment; will be able to describe a number of techniques and practices for eliciting requirements, creating epics and stories, creating “as is” and “to be” models, planning and delivery of agile projects and programmes.

• Demonstrable experience of helping Product Owners and Agile Teams plan, build and test requirements; identification of acceptance criteria.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in at least one off:

o Experience building user interfaces as part of a digital platform

o ETL/Workflow systems, including B2B API’s

o Programming experience; able to read code to gather business rules etc.

Desirable

• Experienced Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Engage with Agile Teams, Product Owners, Implementation/Payroll Specialists, Customers and Executives across the enterprise to understand and analyze business processes, identify user needs and objectives, and propose suitable solutions

• Synthesize and analyse information from multiple sources (including application code), decompose high-level requirements into epics and stories, and abstract low-level information into a clear understanding of the problem-solution domain

• Support Product Owners and Teams plan programmes, increments and sprints

• Develop and maintain documentation on business use cases, user stories, workflows, UI Designs, specifications and other resources to aid in future expansion and maintenance of deployed solutions

• Mentor less experience Business Analysts on the appropriate approach, techniques, and tools on requirements management, solution evaluation and stakeholder management
