Senior Business Analyst - Hereford - to £50k + Excellent Benefits

Our client have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their projects team.

Within this role you will be;

Operating within a Programme of work, managing requirements for complex software development, architecture, infrastructure and integration projects in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.

Providing analysis for business case development to feed the programme; present both qualitative and quantitative analysis; drivers, benefits, costs, ROI, risks etc.

Collaborating with Agile teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision. Be able to manage design and performance trade-offs, without losing sight of business needs.

Act as Workstream Lead on multiple projects simultaneously.

Line managing of a team including undertaking meaningful conversations, participation in recruitment and undertaking 1-2-1s.
