An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing Team at one of the UK’s most loved brands, Fox’s Biscuits; makers of the Fox’s Fabulous Biscuit Selection, Chocolatey, Crunch Creams, Cookies, Party Rings, Rocky and many more.
We have strong ambitions for the Fox’s brands and therefore we want to recruit the best!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand or Marketing Manager, as this is a key Senior Brand management role for the portfolio within the Fox’s. This is an opportunity like no other as you will be in charge of the full marketing mix.
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who has worked in a brand management position previously within a large, fast paced Food Manufacturing or FMCG company where you have gained full experience of building a brand from insights, design through to launch.
To be successful the Senior Brand Manager will have the ability to embrace change, has strong analytical thinking skills, someone who can demonstrate leadership abilities and collaboration skills. If you have any experience of “out of home”, this would be an added benefit!
This is where you come in…
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the development of the short and long term strategy for their portfolio of brands. Along with developing and implementing marketing programmes, managing agencies and managing the Brand profitability and budget.
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will use Insight and data to make recommendations, while monitoring the overall performance of the portfolio and the team.
The Senior Brand Manager will coach and develop a team of Assistant Brand Manager(s) who have also have responsibilities within the Brand portfolio and therefore you will have experience in developing and motivating successful teams.
The Senior Brand Manager is the Consumer Champion and will help lead our ambitions in growing the Fox’s Brands portfolio.
About you
Degree or equivalent qualification
Relevant marketing experience in FMCG
Excellent Project Management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
People management experience including building team capability
Strong analytical thinking skills
The ability to embrace change
Can demonstrate leadership qualities
Can build professional relationships quickly
Commercially astute including good financial awareness and understanding
Good emotional intelligence and self-awareness
An infectious desire to shape the future of Fox’s biscuits
A team player and key contributor
