Stonegate Group are delighted to present our Chapter Collection; a premium pub born from our love of great British pubs. Our Senior Brand Manager will ensure that they retain their own local characteristics, whilst elevating all aspects of their offer to leave guests wanting more. Every pub delivers exception hospitality, freshly prepared dishes, a perfectly curated drinks menu along with a calendar of fun and innovative experience and events. Pubs within the format will be located throughout Britain; where our target audiences are already living and working.

We have 35 sites proposed roll-out in 2023 and the Senior Brand Manager will be fundamental in launching The Chapter Collection and setting it up for success and growth.

The Senior Brand Manager will have end to end ownership of The Chapter Collection Marketing strategy working with Operations Directors, Other Marketing and sales teams, commercial teams and other key internal and external agencies and suppliers. As Senior Brand Manager, your role will be to create and execute market leading F&D proposition, RTV, campaigns, activations/promotions, PR, Capex and design and digital campaigns to drive sales, footfall, volume, dwell time and repeat visits within The Chapter Collection

The Senior Marketing Manager for The Chapter Collection will be responsible for driving marketing activity across online and offline channels managing a team of 2. You’ll also be responsible for the brand and format identity and evolution.

We’re hoping that you have a Marketing qualification such as MBA, diploma or CIM, plus c.6-8 years+ Marketing experience within the on-trade or hospitality. You’ll be a strategic thinker, with extensive team management experience and able to manage multiple project streams.
