We are a growing accounting firm offering a full suite of accounting services to over 200 clients. We have recently expanded via acquisition and are in need of a full time Bookkeeper to help continue to deliver our high standards to our clients.
Responsibilities
For approx. 90 companies you will be responsible for entering sales and expense invoices into the accounting system (Quickbooks, Xero or Excel) and reconciling the bank statement each period.
You will be responsible for preparing the VAT return ready for the Accountant to review and submit.
You will also be responsible for processing the payroll each month for each of our clients companies.
Assisting the Accountant you will provide assistance in Preparing Annual Accounts, Corporation Tax Returns, Confirmation Statements. Training, Development and Coaching will be provided to help you progress your knowledge in this area as required.
We have an existing team of 4 bookkeepers in Paisley and you will be joining this growing team and providing mentoring and training support to the team as they develop and grow their bookkeeping skills.
