Experienced Block Manager required with a view to running the department, following a suitable period of familiarisation and proven ability . We currently manage a portfolio of approaching 100 blocks of varying size, primarily located in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas. The department sits within a relatively sizable, profitable multi-disciplinary company of property managers, estate agents, surveyors and financial services. The successful applicant will be based in the Head Office in the Fareham area, within central southern Hampshire, although some flexible working will be considered.

Applicants will be expected to have good knowledge of general block management duties, including service charge budgeting, arranging and overseeing maintenance and contractors, Section 20 major works procedures, leaseholder/ directors meetings and AGM’s and Health & Safety matters.

The role is supported by in house accounts staff (to a senior level) and Chartered Surveyors. There are genuine opportunities for advancement within a progressive and very successful company.
