We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our team to produce exceptional bids that deliver our customers’ needs. Projects will focus on the public sector including health, education, defence and custodial sectors. You will ideally have a background working for a main contractor or consultant and an excellent understanding of the design and construction process. You will work on a wide range of bids within a supportive team who are committed to delivering high quality bids.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and author responses from first principles that are bespoke to individual client requirements
  • Lead on and co-ordinate bid inputs and responses
  • Lead storyboard sessions with wider bid team members to develop innovative and engaging customer value propositions
  • Liaise with supply chain members and internal subject matter experts
  • Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders
  • Deliver completed written proposal responses to agreed deadlines
What do we need from you?

You will need to be MCIOB or MRICS qualified (or similar) preferred with a qualification in either design, planning, project management or estimating. We will be looking for evident experience in a leading bid role with experience on frameworks.
