The Audit Senior Manager will have direct interaction with the practice partners in their Milton Keynes office as well as across the firm.

This is a great opportunity for someone that has been practice trained and managed audits in a Top 20 environment for 4 years or more.

This will offer the right individual the opportunity to grow and develop skillsets but also career aspirations.

The client is looking for someone that ACCA or ACA qualified.

This accountancy practice are well known in the sector and have an excellent set of large clients that they are servicing from the Milton Keynes office and the wider business as a whole.

They offer an exceptional senior management team that offers a supportive and nurturing environment.

Duties
  • Audit large array of clients with overseas subsidiaries and groups of companies
  • Reporting to partners and other managers as required
  • Plan, supervise and review audits and accounts and produce notes for partners
  • Main contact for clients and client liaison face to face or any other manner for issues that may occur
  • Supporting staff with technical accounting and audit queries as required
  • Develop audit function in base office and across the business as a whole
  • Supervise and develop staff
  • Market and promote the business in the local area
  • Deal with client pitch for audits Person spec:
  • Must be ACCA or ACA qualified with minimum of 4 years post qualified experience
  • Experience of working with business with turnovers up to £100m
  • Audit and accounting experience
  • Client interaction experience
  • Staff supervision and development experience
  • Accounting systems knowledge
