35,000 - 39,000NewcastleAbout The CompanyMy Client is a small close-knit company based out of Newcastle who have been trading for nearly 10 years and in this time have completed over 700 mid-sized projects in this time. Due to recent growth and continuous expansion they are looking for a new client facing lead project manager who would run projects form the initial design and consultation all the way through to the project end.DutiesDaily tasks will change depending on the day and the project but can consist of:Work on a range of mid-sized Residential developmentsProduce technical drawings and Revit packages for a variety of projectsAttend siteWork closely with clientsWork projects from inception through to completionOversee projects and manage projectsResolve any problems that may arise quickly and professionallyUse Revit on a daily basisRequirements
  • 3-4 years experience as a architectural technician
  • Revit
  • Experience working on residential projects
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • MS Office
