Senior Application Engineer: brilliant opportunity for support engineers with knowledge and experience of contact centre, telephony domain, Genesys and Verint software.

We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join us. You’ll be comfortable giving exceptional 3rd line support and have knowledge and experience of contact centre, telephony domain, Genesys and Verint software.

As Our New Senior Application Engineer You Will

Lead, coach and mentor other Application Engineers providing technical leadership and guidance.

Use software to improve business performance and lead teams to troubleshoot issues in contact centre, telephony and channel domains

Input into systems integrations and architecture

Provide 3rd line support on products developed, including out of hours support as and when required.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
  • Genesys Platforms (Enterprise & Cloud)
  • Genesys applications including core contact centre, WFM, Routing, Reporting and Agent Desktop.
  • Verint products, Omilla products, Nuance products.
  • Experience of working with a medium to large contact centre organisation (or an strong understanding of working in that context)
  • Exceptional servant leadership skills, effectively leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage conflicting views to enable good design and prioritisation choices.
