The role of Senior Analyst sits within the F&B Product Development team, who are responsible for the design, development and commercial aspects of the food and beverage product across P&O Cruises. The team specialize in supporting the current fleet with new product development and product lifecycle management whilst leading the design and concept creation for refits and new builds.

The Role

The Senior Analyst’s responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis for Food and Beverage and Hotel products, developing analysis / reporting tools and monitoring performance to identify opportunities for improvement. The Senior Analyst will be expected to provide recommendations around product range/mix to drive revenue generation and to support new product development, projects and revenue initiatives. The position will support the overall design, development, implementation and performance review of all food and beverage products/concepts and associated sustainment activity.

The Senior Analyst role will be primarily located in Southampton with up to 5% travel requirement.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for acquiring and interpreting varying data sets from multiple systems / sources and analyse results, develop revenue, cost and volume reporting based on agreed metrics to support the F&B Product Development.

Experience working in a large enterprise or complex international organisation will be beneficial along with a high level of attention to detail, in order to produce output to a high standard.

You will be able to maintain a broad perspective whilst having a good understanding of the detail, have a creative approached balanced with a commercial understanding, be agile to operate within the changing needs of the business, have excellent presentation skills, and thrive on building relationships with your colleagues.
