The Opportunity:

• To work as part of the Admission Team, to process all international applications for Arden University courses.
• Responsibility for assessing applications and make offers in line with Arden University entry requirements.
• Liaising with academics to ensure the appropriate decisions are made in accepting students with APR onto Arden University courses.
• To process all applications efficiently and accurately ensuring compliance with Arden’s admission policies and UKVI rules and regulations.
• To support The Head of International and EU Admission in handing complex requests.
• To liaise with prospective students, BDs, agents and other stake holders
• To answer queries regarding admission eligibility criteria, application status etc.
• To work closely with Director International Office and Head of International Admission in reviewing admission processes.

About You:

We are looking for a talented, pro-active and highly motivated person to be part of the international admissions team. who can contribute to the work of our International Office. The role will require you to work with other staff members of the Admission Team in assessing and processing application forms using University’s student record system, making initial judgments about the suitability of individual applications based on the programmes approved entry requirements.

Where applicable, you will liaise with external partners regarding the admission of students entering through progression and with academic admissions tutors with regard to admissions issues. The role will require you to have excellent written and oral communications skills. You will be expected to have a proactive solution-focused approach to work and a commercially focused attitude towards international higher education. You must have relevant administrative experience in international admissions and experience in delivering excellent customer service.

You will be required to have knowledge of Higher Education academic regulations and Admissions processes, and knowledge of computerised student records systems
