A growing firm of accountants based in Saltash is searching for an experienced, accountancy practice career background Senior accountant / Client Manager to join their team as a key addition in a hands on role, delivering accounts/tax and all around services to a varied portfolio of clients as a key right hand support to the firms directors, along with managing and supporting a wider team of professionals.

Client Details

A successful growing and forward moving firm of accountants based in Saltash, Plymouth acting for wide ranging limited company OMBs and SMEs, alongside sole traders and other wider ranging clients.. The firm is forward moving, embracing all the developments within the profession and maximising the potential from this. Directors are support by a close knit team of experienced full time and part time QBE, AAT qualified and trainee staff. The firm has a low staff turnover reflecting a supportive and team cultured working environment with a mix of remote/home working, to office involvement on offer in addition.

Description

Joining as a key addition and experienced Senior Accountant / Client Manager you will be responsible for taking on the responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients overseeing the hands on delivery of all around accounts and tax services to varied clients, across a wide range of industry sectors, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies varying in turnovers, size and complexity. You will be hands on and manage the wider team delivering completion / reviewing of annual accounts and tax, overseeing bookkeeping/VAT and wider Payroll service delivery. As a key element of the role you will also act as go to support to directors with the scope for you to carve a career within this growing firm.

Profile

You may be any of AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified or experienced only with a career background delivering accounts/tax/ etc and all around, general accountancy practice services to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to around the Senior Accountant / Client Manager levels and be looking for a role where you can really carve an influential position within a successful firm of accountants. Part or full time working arrangements can be explored.

Job Offer
