The role…

We are looking for driven and coachable Account Managers, ideally with experience across the tech market or similar sectors. We are growing out all of our Technology and Digital functions including Java, Front End, A.I, DevOps, Contracts as well as many more. Success will be walking into a warm desk and grasping a solid understanding of the sector, building relationships with both clients and candidates and embracing a consultative approach within the tech community.

What Will You Be Doing As An Account Manager…
  • A combination of developing new business and managing account relationships with the aim of becoming a specialist within your market
  • Understand the tech community, growing your network and building your personal brand through social media, events etc
  • Advising clients on ways to engage with and secure the top tech talent globally
  • Use our progression path to not only develop your career but push boundaries and identify near areas of opportunity for your sector and the business
  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts and partnerships

  • Proven sales results (ideally with experience within a technical market either UK/or globally)
  • You’ll have an innate will to succeed - growth mindset
  • Process driven approach when it comes to sourcing and identifying new opportunities for expansion
  • You’re never complacent, always looking ahead and being experimental
  • Influential when it comes to managing a candidate in the interview process and building solid relationships to help them secure a new role
  • You’re organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • An expert in your sector and developing a reputation within your specialism
  • You’re collaborative and able to thrive in a team
