Are you a highly motivated professional with experience in pitching and winning new business at senior account level?

We are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our expanding team and drive the business forward into our third decade of business. We pride ourselves in delivering inspirational software solutions and design and are looking for a like-minded Account Director to join us in an exciting new chapter of business growth. Our team is our biggest asset so working as part of a talented team, as well as independently, is really important.

About you

As an ideal candidate, you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years client facing and agency experience with strong practical knowledge in writing and developing new business proposals and tenders to a very high standard. The ideal candidate would also be personable and highly motivated with excellent communication skills – working as a main point of contact for new business, using your own network of contacts and exploring new business opportunities. The job role would be based in our central Chichester office with travel to client offices as required, working with our Managing Director and senior designers and developers to create effective brand, digital and design work that generates results for our clients.

Attention to detail, a proven track record in winning new business, high-level account management and effective client retention and development are essential.

Responsibilities and skills:

· Work with the management team to win new business

· Use existing contacts to create new business opportunities

· Work towards agreed targets to generate new business (including bonus scheme)

· Create and deliver new business pitches to prospective clients

· Explore new revenue streams and maximise new business opportunities

· Create and deliver an effective business development strategy for future growth

· Contribute to agency direction and management

· Provide senior client advice and relationship management

· Have an in-depth understanding of digital design, brand and communications

· Support our design and client support teams in creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns

· Minimum of 5 years client facing and agency experience

· A degree in marketing or business would be desirable

· An understanding of latest design and branding trends

· Ability to work autonomously

· Explore strategic partnerships for business growth

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
