We are looking for a SENDco Assistant (Administrator & Attendance) to support high-quality learning, teaching and behaviour.
Avanti Gardens School is part of the growing family of Avanti schools. What will you do?
- Liaise with parents/carers regarding their children’s needs.
- Support the SENCo in managing the implementation of an inclusive curriculum including access to alternative /additional provision.
- Work with the SENCo and other staff to ensure that School Based Plans are used to set SMART targets and match work well to pupils’ needs.
- Complete assessments and complete observations of children.

What are we looking for?
- Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
- Proven experience of working closely with parents/ carers.
- Good organisational, communication, administrative and interpersonal skills
