Academic Appointments are currently hiring SEN TAs to complete supply work in and around the Wetherby area.

As an SEN TA you could be working in an SEN specialist school, or in a local primary school supporting one or multiple students with SEND needs throughout the day.

We can offer day-to-day, short-term, or long-term contracts to the right candidates.

Candidates who have previous experience in educational settings and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential. I would be interested to hear from those who have a strong care or sports background.

  • Ability to work with pupils on a 1:1, on a small group basis and with a class.
  • 2x references.
  • A valid DBS or willing to obtain.
  • Previous school-based experience (or similar).
