At New Road Education, we know that a schools rely on quality Teaching Assistants. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring and friendly team players to join an SEN school from September.

This will be a challenging yet rewarding role, with great support from the school staff.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who is:

  • Caring and understanding of children’s needs
  • Have high expectations of children’s attainment and behaviour
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Has experience of directly working with children with SEN
