Career Teachers are currently recruiting for a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Barking and Dagenham.We are looking for someone who is a caring individual who can work well with two Autistic children using SEN resources. The SENCO will support the Teaching Assistant who will need to follow lesson plans to guide the pupils with their learning skills.You will be working closely with the SEN department ensuring the children are getting the right support they need. You will need to be taking observations on each child to speak with the Teacher and Parents with the child’s developments.
