Tradewind are recruiting for a SEN Primary Teaching Assistantat a primary special needs school in the Salford area catering for children aged 3-11 with Autism & Complex Needs.

• SEN Primary Teaching Assistant role at a primary special needs school the Salford area.
• Starting in Sept on a full time basis, Mon to Fri.
• Temp to perm basis for the right person.
• Hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm.
• Excellent pay up to £90/day.

• As the new SEN Primary Teaching Assistant you will need to support pupils with Autism & Complex Needs.
• You will be supporting in groups of no more than 8 pupils with two other SEN Teaching Assistant colleagues working as a small team together along with the teacher.
• You will need to work as a team to manage challenging situations and make progress with your pupils.
• Often 1:1 support will be required as well.
• Sometimes personal care or moving & handling tasks may be needed and you will be given support and training to take on these responsibilities.

• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service
• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
• 2 Professional references checks.
