Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £18,744 per annum + Pay Award Pending
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalment

The Baird Primary Academy is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our highly motivated team to work in our Alternative Learning Provision. This role involves supporting pupils with complex behaviour needs and children at risk of exclusion. We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to supporting pupils’ learning and has an understanding of emotional literacy and child psychology.
