We are looking for ambitious, Qualified Mortgage Advisers to join our expanding and forward-thinking business.

This opportunity would suit a current, CAS adviser, working for another mortgage broker, bank or building society, who are looking for greater support and a more competitive commission structure.

As a firm, we offer our adviser’s competitive commission splits, reflective of the market and a platform to succeed in the Mortgage & Protection industry. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and will have the flexibility to control your own diary and working pattern.

Key requirements are:

Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

CAS Achieved.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience giving mortgage advice.

Be able to satisfy the Fit and Proper requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an existing client bank although this is not essential.

This is a self-employed role, which can be office or home based, no geographical restrictions.

Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.

Excellent communication skills; written & verbal.

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service & great customer outcomes.

Successful candidates will benefit from:

Competitive commission splits. Achievable/realistic first year earnings of 30k plus. Uncapped earning potential.

Mortgage leads provided; however, you will also be expected to build up your own client bank.

Industry leading CRM & product sourcing systems, offering quick & efficient outcomes and an outstanding back office administration & diary management system.

Full training, ongoing compliance, mentoring, competence, and supervision support.

Dedicated admin support ensuring you have more time to advise, and your clients receive an exceptional service.

Marketing support to help you grow your pipeline & client bank.
