We currently have an exciting opportunity to work as a Warehouse Selector in the Ambient, Chiller and Freezer departments of our Sawley Distribution Centre. As part of a fun, close-knit team, you’ll ’pick’ stock for specific stores and load them onto the right pallets – ready for our Drivers to collect. Full of initiative, you’ll keep our Regional Distribution Centre clean, efficient, and working correctly. Receiving instructions through a headset, you’ll need to be on the ball and pay close attention to details that matter, such as store numbers. It also means always checking that the relevant paperwork is accurate. We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we’re doing we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we’re opening new stores at lightning speed. And without the great teams at our warehouses, there’d be no products in those stores. We have a variety of different shift patterns available: Ambient: 5am start 9:30am start 2pm-10pm Chiller & Freezer: 5am start 9:30am start Your desired shift patterns can be discussed at interview. Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Benefits Salary: £13.18 - £13.59p/h (regional differences apply). You will also receive an additional 8.5% premium for any hours worked in the freezer.
