Job Title: Security Team Leader

Contract: Permanent

Hourly Pay Rate: £9.21 (with appealing overtime Bonuses)

Working Hours: Variable Shift Rota - 05:30 - 17:30, 17:30 - 05:30 - 56 hours per week

Location: Washington

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Security Team Leader to join our passionate and driven team in Washington on a Permanent basis!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • The day-to-day management of Security Officers to ensure the required Company and client requirements are met.
  • Review Performance of the Security Officers daily.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with our clients.
  • Conduct training with the team to ensure development is in line with business requirements.
  • Conduct HR meetings i.e..., investigations/disciplinary meetings, welfare & return to works etc.
  • Support the site supervisor ans site facilities Manager.


About You:

  • Previous supervisory/management experience within a Security team.
  • An SIA licence is required.
  • To be fully flexible to meet business requirements.
  • Strong communication & organisational skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  • High levels of professional integrity.
  • All successful candidates will require to undergo a CTC ( Counter terrorist check) which will be provided and paid for by the company.
  • All Successful candidates will require to undergo First aid training which will be paid for and provided by the company.
