An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Security Support Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, to work in the Crowthorne area and within a 20 mile radius of the RG45 postcode.

You must have your own transport and be prepared to work at a college, various office and corporate sites in the area.

Hours: Various hours and shifts as and when required. Shifts as per site rotas. 0600-1800, 0700-1900, 1900-0700, 1800-0600, 2000-0600, 2200-0700.

Pay rate: £10.42 - £10.90 per hour - dependant on site worked

An enhanced DBS will be required to be conducted for this role.

Person Specification

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A valid SIA licence; or applied for
  • A full five year checkable employment history
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach
  • IT skills

Responsibilities

The Security Officer will be required to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site
  • Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site
  • Complete various security documentation
  • Liaise with manager effectively and efficiently
  • Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom
  • Supervise and control site access
  • Conduct regular site patrols
  • Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder
