Security Supervisor

The Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust has exciting opportunities within their Security Department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Operational Security teams as Security Supervisor at Dewsbury Hospital.

The successful candidate will be looking to develop their existing skills and will be expected to proactively contribute to the ongoing success of the department in a very demanding environment. This post holder will work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (37.5hrs per week) and lead the shift-working teams of Security Officers.

The successful candidate may be required to work flexibly, including covering Pontefract and Pinderfields Hospitals by arrangement to cover sickness and annual leave

Candidates should ideally have experience of working in a security role, with an understanding of CCTV, access control and various alarm systems. They must be physically able and have good communication skills, along with the personality and experience to relate to people in all situations.
