Security Scheduler (NIGHTS)

CDX Security is seeking a professional Scheduler to join the control room team in Warrington. This active role will assist the business in maintaining quality, continuity, and improvement.

Successful candidates will be able to maintain a high standard of service delivery in line with the company’s internal procedures, customer service level agreements, and expectations.

Pay rate: £9.22 per hour.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off NIGHTS.

Hours of work: 18:00-06:00

Candidates MUST Have
  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard license.
  • Experience in the security industry
Duties Will Include
  • Putting rosters onto management software.
  • Dispatching officers to alarm activations.
  • Forwarding reports to clients.
  • Reporting of incidents.
  • Logging occurrences.
  • Dealing with calls from staff & customers.
  • Out of hours resourcing of staff to cover absences on sites.
  • Any other reasonable directions from Operations Team.
