We are looking to recruit a Security Patrol officer to undertake a variety of duties to create a safe and secure environment for holiday makers at our large holiday resort in Brean, near Burnham On Sea.

Duties of a security patrol officer include:

• Completing patrols of the resort by vehicle and foot.
• Problem resolution for our guests relevant to the situation
• Alarming and de-alarming buildings.
• Responding to customer calls regarding electric, gas trips and alarm activations
• Responding to emergency situations, accidents, fire, disturbances etc
• Taking a professional diplomatic approach to a variety of situations.

Skills/ experience required.

• Driving licence
• First aid certificate desired (although training can be provided)
• SIA badge desired (although training can be provided)
• Previous experience within the security industry/public service environment
• Experience of communicating with members of the public and dealing with difficult situations.

Hours/ shifts

• Full time
• Patrol Shifts 8pm-8am on a 4 on 4 off rolling basis
• All year round position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.20 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
