We are a leading security company specializing in providing comprehensive security solutions to businesses and individuals. Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a skilled manager to lead our team of security professionals and ensure the highest level of service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of security professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to ensure the effective delivery of security services to clients.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security needs and ensure the company is meeting their expectations.

Monitor and manage the performance of security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the security industry.

Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.

Manage the company’s budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

Conduct regular assessments of the company’s operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management, preferably in a corporate or private security environment.

Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the security industry.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
