The Role

The position will require the successful candidate to maintain a safe and secure environment for our client by protecting and monitoring a prestigious site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To be able to engage confidently with customers at all levels providing them with a positive experience within a friendly environment. of First Response Group

· Liaise with management team, operations team and external services e.g. Emergency services etc

· Investigate Fire Alarm Activation (where safe to do so) in order to report findings to site management / emergency services.

· First Line response: Able to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations across site e.g. Power outage

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience in a security / hospitality environment.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Computer literacy is essential

· Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer-oriented.

· Working quickly without compromising quality.

· Valid SIA license (CCTV preferred)

· Driving license

· The ability to communicate verbally and written in English.
