We are currently recruiting for a well established car manufacturing company within the Chichester area! This exciting opportunity will allow you to work at a prestigious location, with a high standard of security needing to be met at all times. If you are in the security industry or are looking for a career change, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop further. We are able to give full on site training, and help support you through your SIA training too. As well as on the job training, you will have fully paid training for First Response Emergency Care and Fire Training. We are keen to develop staff, so there will be personal development plans in place to help with what you want in your career.


The shift pattern requires you to be fully flexible, Monday to Sunday, on a 0 hour contract. You will also need to be flexible to work day and night shifts.


What will you be doing?


  • To operate internal and external patrols.
  • To provide car park patrols and apply restrictions as required.
  • Respond to emergencies immediately and request for assistance where required.
  • Reporting instances on and around the site.
  • Operate search policy as per instructed by the customer.
  • Carry out initial investigations and report writing on incidents, accidents, damage, suspicious activities and parking.
  • Perform as instructed locking and unlocking duties.
  • To ensure that the security teams are briefed on events or changes in procedures that have been implemented or are due to be introduced.

Please note for this position, you will need to hold a full clean manual driving license.
