We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team of outstanding personnel. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises. You will be responsible for maintaining a vigilant presence, monitoring various systems and equipment, and promptly responding to any security breaches or emergencies.



Responsibilities



  • Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor and operate surveillance systems, including alarm systems, and other security systems.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incident reports.
  • Enforce access control procedures, verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain a cohesive and secure environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns.
    • Stay updated on security protocols and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Valid SIA Door Supervisor card. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Basic computer literacy for report writing and accessing security systems. Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periods.
