We are seeking a Security Guarding Contract Manager to oversee our a Key customer account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations management covering at least three years, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of site based security operatives.

Duties: (managing muti site contract)
- Ensuring operational policies and procedures are carried out
- Manage the day-to-day Operational activities
- Ensure all departments are working together effectively
- Monitor service levels
- Maintaining high level of customer liaison

Experience:
- 3 + years of experience in security operations management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
