We have a great opportunity to join the Sentinel Group Security team and begin a fantastic career as a Security Deputy Team Leader on our site in Gateshead.

To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both orally and in written language.

Our team need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will need to be organised, methodical and be willing to develop your role with the needs of the service.

Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off rotation, days & nights

Skills & Experience

· Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, accurately and in ways that promote understanding.

· Planning, Organising, Problem Solving & decision making skills would be an advantage

· Demonstrate the ability to organise multiple tasks in the most effective way and allocate time and energy according to task complexity and priority.

· Liaise with site Team Leaders to manage the security team

· The ability to make effective decisions on a day to day basis, taking ownership of decisions, demonstrating sound judgement in escalating issues where necessary.
