Shift Pattern: 7 nights on 5 nights off - 7 nights on 2 nights off - 7 nights on 5 nights off
Hours: Variable shifts of 17:00 - 05:00 (12 hours) & 20:00 - 09:00 (13 hours). Roster to be discussed at interview.

Cordant Security Limited is looking for a security/concierge person to work on our prestigious client’s site Kielder Waterside Park in Hexham. Please note our client is an advocate of paying the National Living Wage.

Duties

Providing a professional service to our client you will undertake a range of duties to include

The successful candidate will provide both an out of hours support to guests/visitors and members of the public and conduct mobile patrols around Kielder Waterside Park and surrounding assets.

Front of house. Meet and greet customers. Assist with ad hoc documentation collation and follow up enquiries. Administration skills. Selling products and services from the site shop and operate the till as per training given. To have the ability to undertake a range of small cleaning tasks, understand risk assessments in relation to CoSHH. Have the ability to perform minor FM duties as required (training will be provided). Mobile patrols.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service, they must also have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of ad hoc office administration tasks.
A valid SIA license is essential for this vacancy.

First Aid at Work. CoSHH
Due to the location of Kielder Waterside Park you should be able to drive and have your own vehicle for this role.
