Care Home Concierge Officers

We are currently recruiting SIA licenced officers for our Care Homes portfolio in Oldham.

We are looking for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills to work in a concierge environment.

You will be the first point of contact, so your presentation will be immaculate.

Representing the company, you will be knowledgeable, polite and friendly, and a fluent speaker of English with excellent communication skills.

High standards of personal grooming

Calm and professional manner when dealing with stressful situations

Flexibility and adaptability in order to respond to different scenarios

Duties will include:

  • Interacting / monitoring resident behavior and maintaining good rapport by providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure residents comply with policy and procedures
  • Control access at the main entrance by screening all residents and visitors
  • Carry out crisis intervention when require to de-escalate potential crisis situations
  • Make hourly rounds throughout entire premises
  • Complete patrol logs, incident reports and all other required documentation
  • Deal with emergency services
  • Perform admin and receptionist duties at the main desk
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
