As we continue to expand, we are seeking a new team member to assist us with compliance and sales.

Job Summary: As a Security Compliance and Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our company’s security policies, accreditations, and compliance, while also driving the sales of our security training courses. This office-based position requires a blend of sales expertise, security knowledge, and compliance proficiency to effectively communicate with clients, develop policies, ensure adherence to regulations, and promote our training courses.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.

· Promote and selling our comprehensive range of security training courses, emphasising the value they bring to enhancing security practices.

· Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

· Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in security policies, accreditations, compliance, and training to proactively address potential risks and identify new sales opportunities

· Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits, certifications, and accreditations as required.

· Assist in the enrolment process of learners.

Requirements:

· A strong understanding of the security industry and its requirements.

· The ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Knowledge of relevant accreditations and frameworks such as the SIA ACS scheme.

· Excellent computer skills and a knowledge of Apple and Microsoft products.

· Experience in sales and a passion to find new customers.

· Experience of the security training industry is an advantage.
