Section Leader / Production Supervisor North Yorkshire c£36,000 Full time, permanent Day shift (Apply online only) (6 vacancies) Back shift (Apply online only) (12 vacancies) Production Supervisors / Section Leaders required for a manufacturer in the North Yorkshire region. We have various roles to fill to manage teams of shop floor Operatives, covering either day shift or back shift. You will be working to ensure that quality and time objectives are met, motivating by providing a positive and supportive approach. You need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Solid experience in a role of Section Leader, Production Supervisor, Team Leader
  • A "can-do" attitude and collaborative approach
  • Experience in managing a team using a collaborative and supportive approach, whilst being able to take a firm hand in any disciplinary issues
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Experience from a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge and experience of health, safety, quality and environment requirements in accordance with ISO standards
