My client is a highly regarded Professional Services Company I am recruiting on an exclusive basis for an experienced Secretary PA/Administration Assistant The ideal candidate will have extensive Administration experience and be able to touch type letters using transcription software for the Managing Director you will be office-based in Central Wilmslow Duties to include: PA Duties to the MD Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal Preparation of clinics - this involves making sure the doctor has everything they require, and all clients have confirmed their attendance. Medical records are also checked at this point. Sending out GP reports - this involves proofreading the more simple of the reports and issuing an invoice. These are both then attached to the portal and sent to the solicitor. Logging the progress of the medical report using Excel and chasing the doctor where necessary. Monitoring a group email address to assist with incoming queries. Preparation of the Doctors clinics including contacting clients to confirm attendance and ensuring all the information is available and correct for the Doctor. General support to the Office supervisor. Skills & Attributes: Highly articulate & numerate Must be accurate with great attention to detail. First class communication & time management A tenacious, adaptable multitasker Excellent IT knowledge Prepared to go the extra mile Polished and well presented with a friendly telephone manner This is a super opportunity for a tenacious, quick minded Secretary PA/ Admin Assistant to join a highly successful business.
