Flexible working - full and part time available As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education and ensuring a supportive learning environment for students. Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, providing support and guidance to students.

Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Engage students in educational activities, fostering a love for learning.

Collaborate with teaching staff and assist in the implementation of lesson plans.

Inspire and motivate students, promoting their overall well-being and academic progress.

Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to teaching staff as required.Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students of varying ages and abilities.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and with diverse student populations.

Previous experience in a Secondary school or educational setting

A relevant qualification or degree is desirable but not essential.
