You will be responsible for delivering high-quality science lessons to students across different age ranges and abilities, as well as contributing to the wider school community.Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging and effective science lessons to students across different age ranges and abilities.
  • Monitoring and tracking students’ progress and providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Planning and preparing lesson plans and teaching materials that are relevant and engaging.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in the science curriculum and incorporating these into your teaching practice.
  • Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in science or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching science in a secondary school setting.
  • A strong knowledge of the science curriculum and the ability to teach across different age ranges and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
