An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef to be part of the kitchen Team at our Sutton Bonington Campus near Loughborough. You will assist and deputise for the Chef Manager ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to specification every time. You will have a real passion for food and a desire to develop and learn in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional operational standards and the smooth delivery of service are achieved, will be a positive contributor to future menu ideas and will enjoy being part of a motivated and positive team.

Hours of work are 35 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year.

The successful candidate for this role will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which will run each day, Monday to Friday mornings on the first week of appointment. Further details will be given at interview.
