This is a full time opportunity whereby you will work 7.5 hours per day between 07:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday during October, November and December, to drive brand awareness and sales in one of their key trading periods in the run up to Christmas.

Role Details

Salary: £21,450 pro rata

Bonus: 20% Performance Related Bonus plus a retention bonus (subject to terms and conditions)

Equipment Provided: Mobile Phone and all current successful internal applicants may retain their company vehicles for the duration of the secondment.

As a Field Sales Executive You Will

  • Maximise brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities, using sales data to drive in store actions
  • Build relationships with key department and store managers across various retailers
  • Identify and implement in store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure the client’s promotional activity is implemented and that products are on display in the correct location and with good availability
  • Provide insightful and actionable market intelligence feedback to support continuous improvement

Who are we looking for?

You will possess demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment, although we will also consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You will be passionate about the amazing brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must hold a full driving licence, external applicants will require the use of their own car and all applicants must be able to travel within a defined territory.
